Bet not. Between airing tires and checking bolt torque and battery maintenance the bolts have to be the most neglected thing on any tractor. I check mine at every oil change and I paint mark the heads so if the get loose, I can see it right away.

That's pretty rough, really one hell of a break.

Have you tightened the bolts regularly?
Yes, I would check all 7 bolts on each side about every 20 hrs and retorque to 100 ftlbs. They seem to have a tendency to loosen up. Same with the retainer bolts on the loader arm pins.

That's frustrating; you've kept up on the bolts, and it still broke.

Oil and filter change on my 2014 Kioti CK30HST today. 2 years and 140 hours on the oil. Tractor currently has 670 hours on it.
I decided to do a “once over” and when I retorqued the FEL bolts every one of them turned. Several took almost a half turn at 110ft/lbs. Check your tractor FEL bolts!! I shoulda done that sooner 😬

Why I paint mark (I use a hard tipped paint pen) to mark the heads and shafts of the bolts. That way you can see immediately if they have loosened. Pretty much SOP on big trucks with 10 hole Bud style wheels today as well, but in that case, they use a pointed that attaches to the lug nuts and references a dimple on the rim itself. All mine are paint marked so I can see right away if they have loosened at all. I also apply thread locker to the bolt shanks prior to tightening them as an added precaution.

When I get my new brackets in I will be doing this as well.

It is not a bad idea to check them periodically even if they do not show that they have loosened as they could have stretched.

I use a red paint marker on my Kubota's. Kind of blends in with the paint color on the units. Just be sure to use a 'paint marker', not a felt tipped marking pen as the marking pen ink will fade quickly.

Repaired cracked arm so that loader would be back in service while waiting on new loader mounting brackets. This would probably work as a permanent solution as well.
