I am not sure what a rear drive line shield is, my front drive shaft shield got replaced and it didn't help the noise. Thanks for the update I will be watching. No word from my dealer. I usually have to call them. I don't want to be a pain in the arse.
So I talked to the dealer techs and they said it isn't making any noise. They fixed the scored cylinder on the rock shaft. We shall see. They said the hydro pump was within specs. Time will tell!

Did they say why the cylinder was scored and if it was bad enough to cause further issues? I searched the rock shaft and found a few posts about it, accompanied by pictures of metal debris.

So when they first delivered my tractor I checked the hydraulic oil and to my surprise it was bright green and foamy as hell. The hydro was so jerky it was uncontrollable. The fuel tank leaked all over my shop floor. The rock shaft didn't have full range. The 3RD SCV wouldn't bleed off pressure. So they recalibrated all those things, changed out the utility pump and I had them to drain the fluid and change the hydro filter. They didn't say why the piston and rock shaft was scored. My front drive shaft sleve had gotten warm enough down by the pinion bearing that it deformed and it was broke in three places. So maybe with the new front end and rock shaft fixed it will be ok. When they bring it back I will put the rotary cutter on and see. Oh and one more issue, I was back in the field mowing with a sicklebar mower, put the range selecter in neutral to let it run while out of the seat, got back in the tractor tried to put it in gear and the linkage fell off! But even after all of these problems I still like this tractor.

The foaming could have caused all kinds of issues. I hope it's all sorted out and no further problems happen. At practically idle speed as well, the one in the video has a healthy hydraulic pump. According to the specs in tractordata, which has 3 loaders for some reason, any of them should be able to lift a 2000lb pallet with the lift arms, with not with much capacity left, or more easily with the curl function. I wonder why the fluid is foaming? Wrong fluid or overfilled?

I'm seeing a 440r Loader for the tractor (just like in the video), which has a spec'd lift capacity 500mm (~20") ahead of pivot of 2222 pounds. That's to full height of course.

Forks frame & blades shouldn't be more than 350# (possibly ~50 less), and assuming that the load is centered on the pallet, the center of the of the main load is at the center of the pallet, which is 20" ahead of the fork frame.

For a back-of-envelope calculation we'll ignore the reduction of capacity from the ~4-6" that's the fork frame and distance from the pivot to the back of the fork frame, because the difference in capacity at pivot (2313#) vs 500mm forward (2222#) isn't huge and moving forward a few more inches from 500mm isn't going to affect capacity a huge amound.

So 2222 capacity minus 350# for the forks is about 1870#, so 1 ton is over the loader capacity to maximum height. Not sure what the capacity is for the first couple of feet but if it's within capacity, it's really close.

If your loader isn't a 440r and only has 1500# capacity with the forks attached then obviously you're over load at 2000#.

Mine is the 440r, so I can't understand where the 1500 lbs comes from per the dealer. I will measure the height from which I tried lifting.

The pallet is 48 inches; I only need to lift it to 48 1/2 to 49 inches.

My best guess is it was a form of contamination, as they are all designed to negate that issue from the factory. But it's so hard to say how that would occur.

I guess your machine has a separate HST filter too? Odd noises when moving and lower hydraulic pressure, maybe the HST has been fed foamy oil too? Probably not a big deal for a little bit if you haven't been working it hard? I think the hst is most sensitive part to bad fluid, but I'm not a mechanic. There are a couple hydraulic pressure ports on a HST and I would ask them to take a reading on the charge pressure and high pressure relief, just to make sure the HST is fine, and maybe do a slippage and power test on a steep hill when you get it home. A new tractor shouldn't creep much at all with the hst in "neutral" in Low or Mid range on a steep hill with no brakes, and in mid range, the hst should push the tractor up a hill you are worried about going over backwards on.

So Kromc5 did you get your tractor back, mine is still at the dealer really need it, my x758 is taking up the slack lol! It's a shame you can't buy a tractor and depend on it.😬

So got the 4075R back yesterday, with the new rock shaft cylinder and piston, it is stiff. With nothing on the 3 point arms I have to stand on it to get them down. Tech said this is normal till broke in. We shall see. I put on the rotary cutter on and purposely left it up for 24 hours and it never dropped any, awesome. Will take it out today and check for the noise that Kromc5 described after the new front differential. Fingers crossed!

So after mowing for 3 hours and driving down the road, no noticable noise but the draft arms still won't go down without an implement on them. Annoying!
That does not make much sense; I would question the timeframe for breaking in. I sat in JD's on the lot with just a couple of hours, and they were functioning.
