Agree. They are just competing models now. The 4820 is well constructed, but you are being asked to compromise on both units. It was a tough decision for sure.

An Irish TYM/Branson dealer just posted a video with the procedures for the regen process. I was going to post on the "Branson dpf problem" thread where the OP had some regen issues but that seem to be disappeared (?).

Anyway, it may help someone in the future.

Information on changing the HST fluid on hydrostat transmissions seems missing everywhere. I bought a filter kit for my 5520CH, and it includes the HST filter TA00043153C. I can find the drain plug for it, but where do I fill it, and how much? I assume the same THF as in the transmission/hydraulics is used.

Am I missing something, or is this completely left off the maintenance schedule?

Should be a fill/breather rear right side, orange in color. There is only one fill for hydraulics/HST/transmission… I’m certain that quantity is in my manual
