I’m not sure if I HAD to, but I used ABS instead of PLA.Did you have to use a harder material in the printer to form the bearings ?
Partially just to see how ABS would run.

Ken, sorry to hear that ! Prayers to your Dad !Hospice nurses not sure how dad is still alive, he has not eaten in a week or more.
Ted, thanks for checking in and the update ! Hoping for good test for Dona the next go around ! Prayers sent your way !We're still putting up the good fight!
Sorry and prayers for your dad and uncle.Morning all, 43 going to 55 and sunny.
Back from San Diego, did not get much free time, either with dad or my uncle.
Hospice nurses not sure how dad is still alive, he has not eaten in a week or more.
Uncle is weak, but still very sociable, got him to agree to PT 2 x week to get his strength up since he fell again a few days before I got to SD. He is bruised but ok, he can stand and get around on roller/walker a bit. His back brace is off, so that is an improvement.
Spent day upon day getting dads bills paid, his GF has no idea what to do and is quite lost.
Brother got their car insurance and house insurance back from not being paid.
I got their property taxes paid and got dads paperwork to accountant, not sure what's been done since 2021, which is last filing doc I found .....
Got her to pay bills, bank trips for her to do Power of Attorney on accounts. Lots of driving and paperwork.
Said goodbye to dad Friday, not sure if I will see him ever again.
Took one morning to take a walk by Hotel Del Coronado to clear my mind. Only free time I took all week.
Be well, catch up later.
Sears Ted Williams 5.5 hp small air cooled outboard.Effective February 14, 2025, the price for Microsoft 365 Personal subscriptions will increase from USD 69.99* per year to USD 99.99* per year
email today from my buddies at Microsoft.
I think not.
they've been badgering me to update my expired credit card.
that's one way to make them go away, don't pay them.
what a ridiculous price increase, almost 43 percent
I guess anything goes now out in the marketplace
Kyle, details on that outboard, again?
unless we hit something, I think most outboard repairs are to
the fuel system. After rebuilding my Yamaha carbs three time, four tiny little carbs,
I bought a new motor. And then promptly gave boat to my older brother who has it up
in Michigan. And now his carbs are acting up.
Ethanol fuel is a crime.
how about ditching that altogether and adopting the German clean gas.
but we won't, too much money at stake.
not only are folks like Cargill getting enormously rich on this stuff but it's costing most of us time, aggravation
and money
Ohh, I have made that mistake one too many times ! I’ve learned from my experiences!!Mrs. anything I could do for her....BIG mistake
Asphalt is likely to be hot,Bill, for twenty grand more per truck they could outfit
them with cameras where you watch it all from the warmth and safety of your cab.
next meeting put that in the suggestion box...
meanwhile try not to fall into any holes.
I would think hauling asphalt or goopy stuff like that would be pretty safe.
I'd sure rather be next to an asphalt tanker on the road than a chemical, gasoline or propane tanker.
actually, I'd probably like to be next to a milk tanker.
that sure seems pretty safe...![]()
