New Critters:
Orphaned donkeys raised with children and German Shepard's so they are unusually friendly.

Anyone need critters for petting Zoo?

Getting garden ready for planting.

Abby will miss the snow.

Manure ditch drainage just another chore.

Chinese e-bike before the tariffs hit.

Yes - spring is here, time to get these things done, been doing the same here in southern NH, but the constant rains week and weekends with 3" so far in May make working outside miserable.

Today, another miserable rain and windy day with 45* on the NH coast, is it snowing in Coos County?

We are in Merrimack country, however I could almost throw a stone to Belknap Country. No snow, 40F. What are you having a drought, only 3" of rain? Our 3 Ponds are more than full, some waterfalls and near white water streams on property. Going to rain 65% the next two weeks if you believe forecasts.

It's called Climate Change. Those that got rain now don't those that were in a dry area now live in a wet one. Heat also brings wind. So don't forget the extra wind damage that is occurring. Oh incidentally if you have a damaging weather event don't look for any FEMA HELP. Don't believe that? Ask Sarah Huckabee Sanders of Arkansas. many dead and millions in damage. All she got was a "SURE WAS BAD STORM WASN'T IT." The total damage of the storm was 6.25 billion dollars.

"In March 2025, severe storms and tornadoes in Arkansas resulted in $6.25 billion in property damage and at least 43 deaths across eight states. While the 43 deaths cited in the article specifically mention Arkansas, the total property damage was across a wider geographical area."

Climate Change is the random excuse used by politicians to explain their corruption and incompetence and then use it to increase taxes and hire family members to invent new things to blame on the weather.

Climate Change is the world's biggest money laundering crime ever invented.

Tell that to the people who have suffered catastrophic losses.

Tell that to the people in Gulf States who are paying increased prices for Home owners insurance.

“Residents of states like California, Texas, Louisiana and Florida, which saw two major hurricanes in the span of 13 days last fall have had a harder time getting insurance. Companies are either cutting back coverage or leaving the states altogether.”

Tell that to the Federal Government who used to pony up billions each year with the increase going up annually since 1980.

Home owners insurance? Nope we don’t offer that.

I don’t know of a single state in this group that offers Ocean Front property for sale.

“While the average cost of home insurance is rising in nearly every ZIP code across America, new research shows that the biggest percentage increases between 2021 and 2024 were in Utah, Illinois, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Nebraska.Apr 6, 2025”
