Yeah, right.
I’m telling you right now, you would absolutely be stunned if you saw what I do towing-wise with my Ram for the last 6 years.
Very little in repair costs.
Best truck I ever owned and I have owned 12 Fords and 2 GM’s. I was Ford loyal, then realized how stupid that was. Then I ran a couple GM’s. Nice trucks.
This is my first Ram, and after 5&1/2 years, I am VERY happy.

I am torn here- never owned a dually, have heard they can be bit troublesome to park and navigate around tight spaces. This will be our tow vehicle, towing anywhere from 8k to 20k lbs. Other than some stability, what am I losing going with single wheel over dually?

Due to tire design limitations a 1T single rear wheel/ SRW pickup cannot haul more than a 3/4T pickup.
See if you can find tires to fit either one rated higher than load range E.
I towed a 15,500# 5th wheel RV trailer with a Chevy duramax dually for 8 years. The dually was so much more stable in all conditions than the previous SRW pickup that at first I thought I was imagining the difference.
Yes a dually is difficult to park in town, but we needed the exercise anyway. I would park in the vacant outer spaces in parking lots.
I could park that crew cab, long bed dually in a parking garage but it was a chore.

Not entirely true, you can put 19.5 singles on and have the same load capacity as E range duals.
