    The prawn cake is high in protein but I also use protein powder I put a scoop of this protein powder in my post workout smoothie with frozen banana, spinach, oat milk, almond butter and cinnamon.

    Here’s my lunch today Spinach salad with olive oil, sunflower seeds and Thai hot chil prawn cake Washed down with a freshly juiced apple, carrot, beet , ginger root shooter.

    sorry fellas. i haven't done much interesting shop stuff lately. mostly gardening and outdoor chores however i i sold a little bench lathe and built a light duty workbench to occupy the empty space thanks for the concern and kind words [emoji41]

    i hate to tell you this but "going on a diet for at least a week" is not going to solve your problems whatever they may be. Reassessing your nutritional needs going forward, will be a lifelong commitment
