    Overhead Door Openers

We are in the tech overload age. Every little thing comes with a 10 page manual. Cars come with 300 page booklets and the index still doesn't list the simplest thing like a fuel filter... I believe tech will become more self-sufficient in the future and program itself.

Over 70's: Do you remember your first pizza?

Early 70s. I pumped gas at night, washing windshields, checking oil, and tires if requested. It was a second job and I was young which means I was always hungry. There was an Italian pizzeria across the street. A slice of pepperoni pizza was 25 cents. I ate pizza every night. Kind of expensive...

I use a SSQA plate with 2" receiver on the Skid Steer to move an enclosed Cargo trailer. It works good but visibility is poor. Visibility might be better with a tractor, operator further away from the hitch point. In any case you will need a spotter.

Not using all my horses by design??

I knew a guy who looked like me that bought too big of a tractor once. It was a magnificent beast of a machine. Too heavy and too big for most jobs around here but he kept it for almost 15 years before downsizing to 52hp HST. Bigger isn't always better IMHO. Good luck.

Over the years I've had three 50 hp tractors and a 50 hp Skid Steer. This category is what I call full size. I went the drill route for removal. The dimple was smaller than the bit I used on purpose. I got heat stoke after 15 yrs of work in the desert sun. Now I moved to a milder climate and almost 20 yrs after the stroke I still can't take the heat like before. They say the effects are life long. SO yeah - I love our cool winters.

I goggled EV burns house down. Approximately 2 out 1000 EVs catch fire. To date 62 people have died in Evs that burned when crashed. I think the problem is not that they burn but the increased intensity (2500º vs 1500º for ICE vehicles) with which they burn and the difficulty in putting this...

    58 MPG by 2032

I wonder if anybody considered the offending cars were burning 25-50% less fuel annually and figured that into the total pollutant equation?
  150. scootr

    58 MPG by 2032

True. You can drive for mpg or you can drive for thrills... I have both types of cars. There is no need for 400 hp to go to the dentist or the grocery store so you can conserve there. And spend those emissions when you need to get your macho on.
