Check the wiring connectors on the clutch safety switch, I've experienced brush pulling the wiring from the switch connector more than once.

Seems the 2000 rpm pto runs a 1x15 spline shaft and my Yanmar only goes to 1000 rpm's so I'm not going down that road.

The reservoir is supposed to refill itself via the fuel return to the tank, which is the hose with red arrows.

If the needle just separated from the post then it can be pressed back on as it should be a friction fit.

That particular router is likely to piss you off eventually being light and underpowered for most tasks, and the 1/4' shank bits are a ***** on most hardwoods. If you want an all round router go full size and stick with 1/2" shank bits

Over the years buying and collecting drill bits I've found the DeWalt pilot point bits tend to hold up well for me. I several common sizes that I bought in bulk packs. I stopped buying 1/8" bits for common pilot holes and switched to 3/16" dia. that hold up a lot longer.

As far as I know that was a contractual issue earlier this year and that was straightened out since. I have a Roku tv in my shop and Fire tv control in the house and I find the amazon firestick very friendly. I will say the 53" Roku tv was $329 at Walmart and a great buy though.

The addition of an Amazon firestick or a Roku controller (all inexpensive) generally makes the process rather simple but most Smart TV's should have settings to add channels or providers. What TV are you using.

I can do small stuff with my shop setup but I dropped it off at a local shop to be media blasted and coated. Nothing special just a normal process. They did a nice job considering the condition it was in.

If you intend to setup an automatic system with pressure controls a pressure tank will keep the pump from running constantly while in use. I use a spring fed cistern as the primary water supply and replaced the Jet pump with a submersible earlier this year for a vast improvement in performance.

Picked up this tractor about 6 weeks ago and gave her a complete going over including new seat, bags, mower deck rebuild blasting and powder coating. Ready for another 20 years service.

The only issue with my Bestco HD flail was the quality of the belts so don't order an extra set with the purchase. I cooked them in under 4 hours of use and recommend swapping out to Kevlar belts before coating everything with burnt rubber. NAPA was able to match me up no problem.

I had the 9K Engo winch collecting dust in the shop but given a choice I probably would have used a smaller unit like a 3500# atv winch or something similar Check out the link, great universal mount that could be used in numerous ways. .

Any idea how deep the well is. The tee appears to be either galvanized or black malleable and they do not take to welding very good and usually wind up being worse off. I would probably loosen and pull the cap straight up and get a u-bolt thru a 2x4 to support the weight of the pipe.

It does not appear to have any spanner connections so I would give it a bit of light pressure with Channel Locks or a small strap wrench.

Might want to consider renting a demo saw otherwise I think you are relegated to a concrete cutting service for a really clean cut.

Being a new YM2310 owner myself and also in the PNW I have found since I'm operating normally below 70 degrees the temp is pretty much the same as yours. even after running the Flail mower at a constant 2k+ rpms for an hour or more she stays cool.

The belts on my Bestco 48" HD Flail only lasted a few hours, this is a Kevlar replacement belt from NAPA and I probably have 10 hours and they show no sign of wear since replacement.

Yep it's different because it's Copper tube sized like I mentioned earlier. Horrible to deal with when it's 50 + years old, every piece I ripped out of my house literally exploded in my hands it was so brittle.

The instructions you quoted sound like the cold weather thermal start procedure, on my YM2310 in current temps I just pull the throttle back a bit and crank her over. She starts every time and I throttle right back to about 1K rpms while she warms up.

Friction washer was new on my Grey and just needed to be tuned a bit, working nicely now. Still learning my way around.

My 2310 w/3 cy will lift the bucket without a struggle at around 1100/1200 rpm so I would not expect a struggle around 2K rpm on the 240D. Did the hydraulics operate smoothly.

That's what they called the unleaded gas from Amoco in NJ in the early 60's and Dad labeled the gas can, not a clue otherwise. Just googled it and it said it's the fuel used in camp stoves ect.

Well years ago it was commonplace to use what was referred to as "white gas" as camp fuel which was nothing more then unleaded from Amoco. Either way this is my third season using it and my trimmer never started this easy. Too expensive for bigger stuff but $8.95 a gallon a year for the trimmer...

Have you tried using Evap-0-Rust, the smaller brackets soaked overnight will be clean in the AM, usually available at HF and TSC.

I recently discovered that running a tank of straight Coleman fuel does wonders, it's really nothing more then unadulterated gasoline without all the added crap. My 4 stroke weed eater starts on the first pull every time now after almost 10 years of ownership and the same with the pressure washer.

Looking like season 2 is a no go to bad.

Being trade I can tell you that a 1/2" supply using normal gas pressures will run away with any std gas grill. My last 3 grills were piped in with 3/8 od soft copper without any issues.

1/2" is sufficient for a normal gas grill.

On larger tires I have successfully used a ratchet strap around the circumference and snugged it up to compress the tire, maybe something similar with tie wire to cinch the tire up.

The latest and greatest with the clamps are the Stainless crimp clamps like the pex application. They are fast. easy and a lot less expensive.

Used to live on the east coast across the bay from Ft Monmouth in NJ and every Armed Forces Day they did very low level flyovers in the C5 (from McGuire AFB) and it was like a solar eclipes and an earthquake at the same time, incredible.

Good point, I just ripped out all the original pump (jet)and piping for a re-do on my system. Installed a submersible running at 60-80 psi but the supply from the pump house is almost 400' so phase 2 will be a 1-1/2" to replace the 1" poly.

Repairs were all freeze related even though they did install low point drains, most don't realize that standing water breaks pipes too. No longer seasonal.

Pex or poly for direct burial is great either way, at this point there is probably more poly service connections underground then everything else combined in this country. I gutted the kitchen in my cottage 2 years ago (was seasonal use originally) and ripped every inch of PVC water out. There...

Absolutely nothing wrong with PEX, I've run thousands of feet and the stuff is practically indestructible negating any sleeve requirements for direct burial unless the conditions show otherwise.

On my setup they refused to cover the box scraper (didn't care) I purchased as a package because it did not have a serial # but the loader was considered a permanent part.
