Help me decide, 3 trucks I need to pick 1 from.

In most states and with most lenders, "new" requires previously untitled and no more that 6k miles. Many have even stricter rules. Some states just require that it is disclosed. No difference to some states if new/used. Lenders care because of longevity of the asset. I'm guessing you either...

I'm not a hydraulics expert, so I'll leave that part to them, other than to say both A and B should be in Neutral. The RK55 is a T554. Same frame, iirc, but the engine is a Yanmar, not a TYM (kukje).

Yep. Before the standards, you had good and bad options. Standardization is typically good, but sometimes the 'standard' chosen isn't even the best choice available at thst point in history. I agree. It is probably less headache to just make it fit the modern standard.

From what I read, that ia right at the freezing point for DEF. Assuming it works like water in that regard, short time right at freezing will not be an issue. Air changes temperature much more quickly than water (and likely DEF, too). I'd guess it's a bigger issue for those who regularly get...

I've got the ROPS version. About 80 hours on it. Not a lick of trouble. I'd ignore the 'years'. Impossible to have a '24 he bought in '23 because it goes my manufacture date, not model year like a car. I'm hesitant to buy used equipment unless I really know the seller well. Iirc, the...

I think that said 300, not 300k. That fits with "sitting on the lot". I'd be wary of that because 2 years is a long time to not move off your lot. I'd guess it was sold and returned. Someone else's lemon. Personally, I'd really evaluate the trailer. Is it a hauler or an RV? 50-60k can pay...

That's a key piece of info! Rarely does a broad fund lose money over the mid-long term. The economic conditions needed for that to happen would bring about the type of disarray that preppers prep for....in other words, the system would collapse anyway. Buying individual stocks can be boom or...

Typically, if you do the math, you are better off with the low finance rate, even at a higher price. Place the cash in a low risk broad fund. Easy to net 7% or more after inflation. There could be exceptions, but when I have run the numbers, financing is better if you qualify for truly low rates.

I'm not sure, but if it was common practice, there was a name. Variants would get an adjective like Dirty Martini. Now they make drinks with Vodka or Gin, no vermouth and no olive. "It's a chocolate martini". No it's not. It's chocolate milk with vodka.

One of my old man, 'get off my lawn' items is the modern habit of calling anything served in a martini glass a "martini". Back in the day, if you swapped the olive for a cocktail onion, it was a Gibson. If you put it in a rocks glass, it was still a Gibson. 🤦‍♂️
