Heat

High of 59 degrees here in northern Nevada today, with powerful winds from the north. Had to turn my pellet stove back on!

Hot as hell here in SW MI also. 90's suck. Went to the beach last night with the wife and it was mid 70's. Felt good and a spectacular sunset.

It's 6:22am. 72 degrees...dewpoint is 72. The high is only supposed to be 92 today, just a couple of degrees over the average.

I don't even use the rice cooker anymore...just put some in a bowl outside at 7a and by 7p it's steamed.

When day dawned this morning I saw my lawn was covered with ice from the sprinklers coming on during the night. Just checked the National Weather Service and low for this morning at the nearest town was 29 degrees..................

Snow in the Northern California Sierra yesterday catching vacationers by surprise.

With all the ills of California, coastal Northern California is a blessing climate wise not dependent on heating and cooling…
