    Think your diagnosis is wrong..... IF solenoid is removed from circuit, you are removing the problem.... If solenoid is not in circuit then there is no load on wiring, there for no failure of fuse, proves wiring is good.... If fuse blew when solenoid IS NOT in circuit then I would suspect...
