    Better Lynch Pin?

Thanks, those look interesting. I just ordered a couple to try.

    Better Lynch Pin?

The pin is free to rotate. That is the problem, it rotates around till the brush u-clips it. Then it's gone.

    Better Lynch Pin?

Is there anything more secure than this style of Lynch pin to the lower lift arms? I keep losing them while brush hogging. I'm thinking about using a bolt and nyloc nut, but that would be a pain.

    Chipper self feeding

It sounds like exactly what my 42 R is doing. I tried tightening the spring tension with no luck. My problem is that when it starts self feeding the log, the end result is a broken shear bolt.

    Chipper self feeding

Yes, the the wood is being pulled right through the feed rollers. I think I can increase the spring tension, I'll try. Thanks!

    Chipper self feeding

Hello, I have a new to me Wallenstein 42R chipper. It has the hydraulic feed that runs off the tractor. Once in a while, when chipping larger pieces, the chipper seems to start self feeding, pulling the piece in faster than the rollers are feeding. Sometimes if I reverse the direction, it...

    Land plane Vs. Harley rake

I've struggled with keeping my gravel drive smooth for years. I currently use a box blade and back blade, but have discovered I'm horrible at using them. I see the land planes and Harley rakes on videos and they both seem to give a nice smooth level drive. My question, is one better than the...

    My snowblower

So far it seems like a good tractor. I run a 7' brush hog, a 6' flail mower and now this 6' blower. It seems to run all that just fine. I find the cab a little tight while getting in and out, but once seated I have plenty of room. My main complaint is the hydraulics do not have enough flow in...

    Trailer choices

I'm looking to purchase a trailer, mostly for hauling my tractor. I'm looking for 20'-22', 10K axles. I've never bought a trailer like this before and am a little overwhelmed by the choices and more so the price range. In my area, Central Michigan, the prices are starting at about 4500 and go...

    My snowblower

The chute adjustment is manual, the chute rotation is hydraulic and controlled with the loader stick. The blower runs off the rear PTO. Since getting it installed, I have not gotten any new snow. LOL

    4820C loader valve

It turns out, the correct answer is,3/8" NPT ISO 7241-A Quick Disconnect. Apparently this is the "standard" for loaders, and mini excavator type equipment.

    4820C loader valve

Are those a special size? The 3/8 couplers I have do not fit, they are too large. It looks like a 1/4" would be too small. I'm wondering if they might be some metric size?

Hello, I have a 2023 TYM 4820C. I've removed the loader and am trying to hook up a front mount snowblower. I'd like to use the loader hydraulic controls to control the blower. But, I cannot seem to be able to figure out what size the quick disconnect fittings are. Can anyone tell me what size...

    4820c rear remote

Thanks, my 4820 has a detent on one of the valves. What I would like to do is replace it with a return to center. That way both remote valves would be return to center. Is there a part number to change from detent to return to center?

    PTO Chippers

Looking at adding a 3 pt PTO chipper to the attachment fleet. It seems that there are two styles of shippers, one has some king of hydraulic or mechanical system that feeds the wood into the chipper, and the other relies on the cutter wheel to "pull" the wood in. What are the pro's and con's...

Bolts snapped on my Novatractor BCRM175 Ditch Bank Flail Mower on Day 2

Oakfield1862, How did the mower fit on your 3 point? I just received my BCRM 175 today and it looks like the 3 point connection is for a cat 2 hitch, not a cat 1 as described on their website. It is too wide to fit on my tractor. Did your fit OK on the lift arm width?
