Would a Farmall H run a 7' flail off an aftermarket 3 point hitch?

LOL. No. I have a 10' flail that requires 80 HP. Your tractor is 26 HP. I don't think it's close. That drum is so heavy that H may not even spin it up. I know it won't lift it.

Anyone experienced increased NO2 emissions on modern tractors with DPF?

If it didn't have DPF the NOx emissions would likely be much higher but yes, diesel exhaust is loaded with NOx even with DPF. Land Pride Flail mower duckfoot blade replacement question

My reading comprehension is not lacking. My flail has really heavy hammers on it. 1/2 oz here and 1/2 oz there placed it the wrong places and you have an out of balance rotor. You guys put your blades wherever you want. Hammers are a different matter altogether.

If you have been cutting with a 36HP gasoline engine mower I'm not sure you will be satisfied with the power of the 1211. They are good and they're strong but they ain't 36HP. John Deere 5320 No or very little power to the starter?

The fuel shutoff has nothing to do with the starter turning the engine over. Two separate issues. The fuel shutoff will stop working when the cold start thermistor shorts to ground but that typically will blow the fuse for the FSO. This sounds more like a grounding issue.
