You can see them painting that transmission filter with the case. That why it's so hard to remove on the first change. I had to destroy mine to get it off.

I definitely wear good gloves and eye protection when doing all tractor chores. I finally bought a good pair of clear eye protection glasses, no correction, for low light work.

One thing I miss about my old DK35 was the lack of all these safety switches, for the convenience, and simplicity. My new NS4710 is less likely to kill me but more likely to drive me crazy.

My NS4710 suspension seat is adjustable for weight of the operator. I was able to get mine set to glide over the bumps with no bottoming. I weigh 215#. Does yours have the lever at the front that does that adjustment?

The loader is cable controlled. The cables are not very long. The joy stick location is very convenient.

I think my dealer said the same thing. It's a nice tractor, and comes in several hp configurations.

That says if you don't warm up the engine after you start it you can damage it, and then the warning says if you do that, you'll damage the engine. Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

I used mine to set a basketball goal for the kids. It would grab a layer of clay and pop the shear pin. I think I was trying to go too fast. Mine has removable legs that support it for storage.

He's right. Had to replace my PTO shaft on my finish mower because it was frozen together with rust by the previous owner. The shaft gets extended each time it gets connected, plus sometimes when transitioning grades, so lubricant is a good thing.

I wondered, so I am stocking up on fluid. When you stop using the driver, do you wind up with an overfull transmission case?

Not sure if you can get one for the diff. Isn't that a much smaller plug? This plug is pretty standard for the trans filler on lots of Kioti tractors.

I guess the first thing is to figure out the thread diameter and pitch of the plug. I presume all these fasteners are metric. Is that correct?
