3 way valve on rear remotes

Has anybody added a 3 way valve on rear remote. I've got only 2 rear remotes and i'm thinking this would keep me from disconnecting hoses all the time. Something like that : Tractor Remote 6 Port Diverter Valve Manual, 2 into 4 ports, Blow Off Valves - Amazon Canada

Where is the grease supposed to ooze out from when greasing loader?

That the thing, I am 99% there is no blockage, I took the pin out and cleaned every thing inside, I even tried to grease it with it off the tractor and grease comes out the pin hole no problem. The only way I can make grease come out from the joint is to loosen the bolt, grease it and then tight...

Where is the grease supposed to ooze out from when greasing loader?

It’s a lock and lube attachment, I dont think the zerk or the fit on the zerk is the problem because grease is definitely traveling from the centre of the cross drilled hole in the pivot bolt back out on the side of the head of that same pivot bolt. I was thinking of putting some kind of gasket...

Tried that, even took the bolt out and cleaned everything inside, no change

Where is the grease supposed to ooze out from when greasing loader?

The grease is traveling from the centre hole of the pivot pin back out on the side of the bolt so it is at least taking “some” grease, my question is then, is that enough?

Where is the grease supposed to ooze out from when greasing loader?

No they are not sealed bearing lol. Yeah I only have 2 where the grease wants to come out from the side of the pivot bolt that make me wonder if they are properly greased

Where is the grease supposed to ooze out from when greasing loader?

The cross hole is in the centre of the pivot pin. So I presume that the grease is at least traveling from the hole back to the head of the bolt. So thats why I was wondering if that was enough

Where is the grease supposed to ooze out from when greasing loader?

Just wondering if its normal that the grease comes out from the side of the bolt and not from the joint itself on some of my grease point. I took it appart and made sure that everything is clean inside but the grease still comes out from the side of the bolt. Would you guys call it a well...

Dk42 Joystick valve o-ring keep leaking

Yeah I also thought that it looked weird but this is how it came brand new and I used the first o-rings as a size reference. I know this is dealer installed, could the dealer have used the wrong o-rings and then cracked because it was too exposed to the elements? Do any of you have a dk42 so we...

Dk42 Joystick valve o-ring keep leaking

I have a 2022 dk42 that keep leaking for the o-rings on the joystick valve (where the hydraulic hoses for the loader connects). The first time it happened my dealer told me to just replace the o-rings (I did'nt want to make him come all the way to my house for a 0.25$ o-ring). It has been 2...

    Box blade or rear blade

I have a plot of land that had all the trees harvested and stump removed last year. It it about 1 acres and I would like to make it flat to build a garage next year. It is not crazy hilly but its got a few spot that are higher than the rest. I am wondering what would be the best rear attachement...

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

So I called the dealer today. The piece of rubber I saw was gasket maker from the factory and there is no problem with it ripping away. In fact there is no rubber O-Ring in that part of the axle, I attached a print-screen of the workshop manual for futur reference. Thank you all!

No it definitely is made of rubber

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

Here is part of the rubber. Yeah no going to the dealer is not an option for me. I do not have the trailer or the truck to get it over there and I am not willing to pay transportation for a 2$ o-ring… I’d rader spend 2 hours on my knees fixing the thing hence my orignial question.

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

Yes thats exactly what I was thinking. Is there a need to empty the axle oil to do that job?

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

No they made it clear that they would cover waranty but I if there is a problem I would have to get the tractor there on my own.

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

Yeah, I will take a better picture of the seal tomorrow and post it here. I was not going to take the tractor to the dealer for the 50 hours service (again 2 hours drive) and they will probably say it is my fault, that I pumped too much grease in it anyway. As I remember I probably pumped it...

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

Thank you Robin, I know I have a waranty but my dealer is about 2 hours away, that is why I asked if anyone has replaced that gasket and how big a job it is, it might easier for me to just replace the gasket without having to tow my tractor all the way to the dealer.

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

Maybe I should have taken a better picture. Sorry for that, i know it may not look like it but believe me there is definitely a piece of rubber gasket that came out of it.

Pushed out axle seal Kioti dk42

I was greasing my tractor today and noticed what looks like part of the axle seal laying on the axle. I dont really see what else it could be, I guess I must have pushed the seal out last time I greased it. Have any of you ever replaced that seal? Is it a big job to do? Do you guys think I can...

Welding Hooks to a front end loader

I'd like to weld a couple hooks so I can lift up trees using chains with my loader and make a pile. I'd like to do something that would look like the attached picture. My question is, I have heard of people saying you need to first reinforce the bucket to keep it from bending, what do you guys...

Clearing snow (3 kilometer long wood trail)

Not very often, from my perspective, a one foot plus snowfall is a lot. The snow falls we get are more like 3-4 inches maybe 5-6 times a month. And then maybe 2-3 times a year a bigger one that would get closer to the one footer.

Clearing snow (3 kilometer long wood trail)

Hello everyone, This is my first time here, just pulled the trigger on a 2022 Kioti DK4210 this week. I dont have much experience plowing/pushing/blowing snow, so I was wondering what would be the best attachment that I should get to clear the snow in my 3 Kilometer long wood trail? I just...
