Probably something stuck and not moving, a spool. It is loading the pump making it difficult to start. Either the valve or the remote cables if it has that. Your getting close!

To begin, I don’t know about your tractor but I know the nature of this type emissions. What I’m saying is a simple thing to try. This def is easy to set up in a glue form and it’s a possibility that is what’s your trouble. Just clean everything up. Can’t hurt and it might fix.

At best it’s a very poor design. Something could be wrapped and maybe the lift arms are not exactly true. The third arm may also have a sweet spot. You can probably get it to where you can live with it. Good luck friend

With me it would depend on the dusty conditions. I have a 4330 Kubota I use around the lot always clean I get at least 500 hrs. Ole Massey I hay with I change every other year. It’s a judgement call

You are correct on that tractor tec. The other way to save is, I don’t just change them on a routine I change filters as they need to be changed. If it isn’t restricted don’t change it. And also there is a point at Which a used filter is filtering better than a new one, with oil or air.

I have seen people fix a gas tank leak like that. I understand it because soap want cut gas washing your hands. First time I seen it I thought the guy was crazy.

It called a Gaint button head fitting. It’s supposed to grease top roller on a tract style tractor. I guess it’s the only way to “lube” them. Some use heavy oil some use grease
