I'm off the farm now, but can't get away from the farming days, when I farmed with grandpa, and was supposed to take over the farm when I returned from the Army. That didn't happen, (long story). So I bought 8 acres from mom, out of the farm grandpa left her. Fast forward to today. Now at 71 I'm retired and on disability, but am able to get around pretty good. Enough about me. My pride and joy! The 1/3 scale straw baler! They are for sale, ready built, but high priced. You can buy blueprints and build the baler. I have a friend that has the machine's and the know how to build them. I travel central Indiana in the summer, exhibiting the baler, at the Antique Tractor shows. The baler bales a bale 12X5X7 inches. They are hand tied, and the baler can be driven by my electric motor, or my 3hp gas engine. :cool2:
