1-ton dump wagon

Hello everyone, anyone have one of those Country Manufacturing 1-ton dump wagons. I got one and I seem to be spending lots of time modifying it or thinking about modifying it. I have already had a welding shop weld a 1 7/8-hitch ball adaptor to the dump wagons tongue. The dump kit jack was DOA so they sent me another one but it does not lift a whole lot. The whole unit is rather small but gets the job done. I wish now that I would have gone with the trailer version, turning the wagon takes a lot more room and skill. I guess I will work on the turning radius of the wagon. It looks like I could get a tighter circle if I make up a new steering bracket. Anyone else have any ideas how to make this wagon better.
