I don't think its so much 'damaged in shipping' as it sounds more like, something either didn't get tightened down at the factory and came loose, or something similar. It happens in almost all manufacturing of almost all products. And it seems to happen most when something is on display. Call it karma, call it fate, call it Murphy's law, or whatever you like. You've contacted the manufacturer and from what everyone says, they are good to work with, so we'll see what happens.

No that machine was Roadhunter's. He bought it, and had Mark ship it to me to do some testing. I feel so bad for Roadhunter, the machine worked great for me. I would have made some changes to the gun is all.
