12 volt sprayer problem

I bought a Fimco 40 gal sprayer from TSC. Used it yesterday for first time, with no problem. Today it will not prime. Has power, Water is going to pump, but not out.
I took the line loose and water flows, strainer is clean. Took pump apart and did not see anything in check valve. Air will go through the line back to tank, but nothing coming out of pump. Help Thanks, JC

Those pumps are suposed to be able to run dry and prime themselves. Did it freeze by any chance?

I assume this to mean that you took the output hose off the pump and water came out of the pump. Are your nozzles plugged?

I have the same sprayer. Do you have the shut off valves set where you need them? One controls the flow to the boom, one controls the flow back to the tank and both of them together control the flow to the hand wand.

Exactly...you have to play with two valves on top of the tank..if just one is not turned right it won't work.

Pump will not build pressure. It runs fine, but no output. I took of the discharge hose, opened the by pass and can blow through it. Guess I will call Fimco.

Fimco said to swap out the pump at TSC.

is that a roller pump or a diaphram pump?

Did you use roundup and is it round up ready?
