1401D Keys

I would like to make up a bunch of 1401d keys, but cannot find a third party key mfg and part # for the blanks. The original Yanmar keys have part # 123243, but these are no longer available. If anyone has had some made by a locksmith, please share the key mfg and their part number with us.

I bought spare double sided keys for a 1401D from the JD dealer already cut.

I bought my spare key from Hoye tractor www.hoyetractor.com, I think it was 10$

They are precut and ready to go.

I bought a key for an F15D from the local John Deere dealer. It used the same key as the YM1500D, YM1301D, and YM1110D. I don't remember the JD part number, but I just took one in to the dealer and they matched it up for me.

I believe it was Hoye Tractor that told me the keys they had may or may not fit the 1401--if I'm wrong,please let me know.

I talked to Aaron at Hoye tractor a couple of months ago. He didn't have the single cut 1401 keys. Also, Anna at Southern Global doesn't have them either. Dave at Dave's Tractors in Red Bluff, CA told me he had a local locksmith that had the blanks, but didn't know the part number. His keys might be double cut and not single cut. Of the 15 or so 1401d's I've sold, all have the single cut key. The 1510d's, 1601d's, and 1702d's I've sold all use the double cut key.
