1510d front axel drain plugs

My dad is changing the fluids on his 1510d. The front axel has a drain in the middle and what looks like drain plugs on the ends of the axel on the bottom beside the wheel. Are these drain plugs too?

Thanks for the replys. We opened all the plugs to drain, then filled it back up.:thumbsup:

Recheck the fluid level. It takes time for the fluid to work it's way thru.

Check frequently as it can take a couple of days of casual working it for the gear oil to flow out the the knuckle of the left side.
