1533 50 hour service cost

Good deal.. and im a huge fan of the 1500 series already.. I have used them quite a bit and like the 1533 and 38 even over the 2540. Serious stout little tractors :thumbsup:

Why are changing the fuel filter at 50 hours. If you use good clean fuel it should last several hundred hours.

Sorry, but that pricing is ridiculous. That is why "dealer support" would rank down at the bottom of the list should I ever begin looking for a new machine.

The book calls for the filter to be changed at 50 hours. And also most the other filters. Its to be sure and catch any trash that got in the system from assembly... Good idea imo

Go to your dealer... there is nothing outrageous with the prices of the filters.. the one fuel filter is the only one over $50 I believe and you wont have to change the air filter.

I just came back from my dealer for filters for my 3016 100 hr. Both hydro filters, fuel filter and engine oil filter were $115......

the fuel filter was around $20 and the engine filter was $10.

one hydro was $38 and the other was $47

you don't need a hydro change at 50 hours.

you put lot of hours on yours pretty quickly. I haven't hit 100 yet but doing the change in 50F temp is better than waiting until it's 30 out there.
