block the clutch a few days then go check it.. sometimes they pop loose on their own.
If not, then try this.
With key set so that you can bump the starter ( on for an 01 ), but the fuel off and coil wire pulled so it can't start, put her in gear and lock the brakes, and use a jumper wire so that you can set int he seat and just jumper bypass the starting switch from the little screw tot he trans top. just a bump to get the starter to make the machine try to lurch . have the clutch blocked down still. If you have a mower or similar on the 3pt, go ahead and put the pto into gear. try a short series of bumps. I've had 8 year stuck clutches on machines of that size pop loose after 10 bumps.
If that won't do it, leave clutch blocked, pull starter. get a spray can of penetrant oil that uses a straw. manipulate is so you can spray the backside of the ring gear.. it will be a hair difficult.. and half of what you spray won't hit the mark, but some will. screwdriver the ring gear around till you have hit it all the way. Some times you can take a tire iron and give a few prys or whacks behind the ring gear.. all depends on what you have available.
leave that penetrant setting all day or night, with the clutch blocked and then try the bump over trick again.
If it pops loose, slip it a little. then get a can of brake cleaner and hose out the housing as best you can. Yes.. some will get into the clutch disc.. but as you use the machine and the clutch warms.. most of it will flash off.. From then on, block the clutch when not in use.
