B3200, L5740,
I have the B3200 and would like to add extra lights and mount on the roll bar. Is there any extra wiring for this that is handy that I can use other than the 1 set Kubota puts on for the rear light they sell? Also the roll bar interferes with the 3pt top link when it is folded down. Has anyone come up with a solution for this other than taking it off.

I don't know what your talking about here. My rollbar is down (hits top of garage when up) and has been for a couple of months and have not noticed any interference with 3ph top link.

With my roll bar down I cannot lift the 3pt all the way up when I have an implement attached. Otherwise the top link hits the rollbar and will bend.

Same with my B3200. I put the roll bar one notch down. When I tried it 2 notches down I kept hitting my head on it. It is very much in the way when I am working in the woods.

Any ideas? I was thinking of cutting down the folding part of the rb so that when folded it is above the top link. I would cut off about 6" and then re weld the pivot bushings.

Have you tried moving the top link down to the bottom attach hole? I have not but it might enough. I also had thought about extending the current roll bar fold down stops.

I did try moving the top link but it made no difference. I don't follow what you are saying about the fold down stops??

My bar has 4 positions. Full up, quarter down, half down and full down. Only at full down does the bar interfere with the top link.

Gotchya. Problem with that is it is a head banger in the low stop and it bounces around in the next stop up. I think the cutoff saw and a welder are the answer.

I think kubota made a tall roll bar so that you could sit under it while running the backhoe. If you are never going to use the factory hoe then shortening would solve the problem. I would like to shorten mine as well for the same reason.
