Forgot to mention the rollers.. they’re perfectly fine.. unless it’s got a flat spot..
Btw.. the “spacer”(shim)..
The odd one goes on the end..3.??

So finally shook some time out to put the CK20S back together.

I found the Control Sleeves (gears) on a site called "Finditparts.com for $10 each,, I debated a few days about ordering from them,, I went ahead and ordered. They arrived 3 days later and looked to be genuine Zexel/Bosch parts.
Assembled the pump,, installed, tangled with the steering hydro line to get the rest back together and she runs like a dream.
