2011 JD 5065M won't move and throws a Red Ring light on dash.

We have a 2011 John Deere 5065M 5 cyl. turbo cab model and it randomly stops moving. The red ring gear illuminates on the dash and it will not move until you put it in Park and neutralize the Power Reverser, turn off the engine and restart. It's very random and it has been in the local JD dealership shop twice. It's only been back a few weeks and it's doing it again. The Clutch Position Sensor, basically a potentiometer, has been changed twice and this last time they also changed the Neutral Switch on top of the transmission. Dealer says it's not throwing error codes and they can't get it to duplicate it of course. It’s a 16F/16R transmission. Tractor has about 2400 hours on it. It's already done it 6 times since coming back from the shop this last time. Son was backing up to hook up to a drag harrow this afternoon and it red ringed on him twice.

Item H in the link from reply #2 seems to describe what you have experienced.

If you look back to like Nov 24 I said they replaced a wiring harness: Part# AL158036: Clutch Control Wiring Harness
I looks like never did say if that fixed it but yes that fixed that particular problem.

Now just the other day when they were put about 15 loads of manure with a 175 bushel spreader the power reverser stopped working unless you pushed in the clutch and when you turned on the PTO it beeped 5 times and Caution(!) symbol flashed on the dash, the PTO would engage but it beeped every time. We should've been able to figure that one out ourselves and my son kinda had that one figured it out but failed to communicate to me what he thought what it might be. It was the jumper an independent tech put on the seat safety switch trying to figure out earlier refusing to move issue. It just lost connection for some reason so the computer was not seeing anyone in the seat and since the jumper lost connection it just didn't want run correctly. We had the same tech out Monday morning and he found it right off and cleaned the jumper connection and all is well. He also cleared out all error codes while he was here, $230 I didn't think that was too bad. They sprayed liquid nitrogen with 2,4-D with it today about 32 acres of Oats and it never missed a beat, knock on wood. About 10 acres at another location tomorrow and they're done with Spring spraying. Everyone here likes this tractor so these little hiccups are way cheaper than a new tractor.
