2011 Superduty are out! ! !

Just picked up my new ordered 2011 F-350 SRW Super Duty,6.7 diesel very impressed so far with the ride,engine noise(very quiet) options,I will post in a week or so the fuel economy,my friend got his about 2-weeks ago and said he has averaged about 18 mpg,thats alot more than my 2008 6.4 ever got.

Put about 370 miles on the New 2011 Super Duty today, averaged 17.6 MPG ,

That is gorgeous Tommy.. I love that color. My dealer has a gas F-250 that color.

Glad to see you go the F-350. I have both a F-250 and a SRW F-350 diesels and there is a world of difference. I would never buy a 3/4 ton again.

if you don't mind what gears did you get, 3.31 or 3.55?
and how much hwy driving are you doing (50/50 or what)

3.55 on the rear end,most were hwy today.I think it will do better once it breaks in,it's hard to keep your foot out of it

I went by a dealer the other day who had a new 2007 F450, a new 2009 F350 and several 2010 F250's and 350's left. Guess he must be a collector not a seller but he was a franchised Ford new car and truck dealer.

Great pictures. I like the huge grill and oval more than I thought I would. Imagine looking in your rear view mirror and seeing that grill!

Drove a 2011 F250 with 6.2 gas, auto, 3.31:1 rear...comparing it to my F350 V10, auto, 4.30:1 rear (everyday drivability, not towing)...good ride, plenty of low end torque, good road manners, but the 6 speed auto tended to "hunt" at lower RPM's, found that annoying but will attribute it to the high gearing...may do better with a lower ratio. Not quite as torquey as my V10 so as of right now I'd say it doesn't pass the test. I did notice the missing 45 cu. in. No replacement for displacement. Felt like my friend's Hemi Dodge (which I don't like).
