Haven't heard from the dealership. They're rather busy, I assume so I went ahead and reached out elsewhere to get some guidance.

I contacted Carlisle Customer Support. They actually weren't the least bit surprised when I explained the type of tire and the issue I am having...maybe its a bad production run?

I will share my findings if there are any with you all just in case you have issues, too.

The Carlisle Warranty Line is: 1-800-260-7959.

To process a claim, I am required to:

-Take photos of the tires outlining my issue.
-Include the tire size.
-Provide proof of purchase for the tractor-my original sales receipt is enough.
-Include my name, address. and phone number.
-Send this information to customer.care@carlstargroup.com

https://www.carlstargroup.com/Portals/0/Carlstar-Highway-Warranty.pdf

Then they will review it and get back to me.

They did not know how long this will take. I asked if they will cover the labor to swap them and they said that they generally do but that requires a special approval.
Crap.

Even if my dealership comped the mounting, I have over an hour drive to get to them. It just blows. Who knows how long the process will take and what, I have to hold off my early spring work because I don't want my tire to blow while moving stuff around?

Also, in researching the tires more thoroughly, they are quite anemic. They are 4 ply with a weight rating of 830lbs... I just don't think thats very good for a SCUT with loader, but I'm not a tire expert. Maybe they're fine, who knows.

If you are using your loader on even stable ground, I would still use the tractor but that also depends on what you are moving. Just keep your load low like you are supposed to anyway. I also would put more of the warranty liability on the dealer itself. You should get better results from them. Even if they tell you tires are not under warranty, if there is a defect they most certainly are. Going both routes are fine but hold the dealer accountable.

It bothers me to see most of my tires cracked in some manner. Most kept inside, it doesn't seem to matter. I have seen some rear tractor tires on a Massey 35 that were cracked beyond what one would think possible, and yet still held air and provided service. Maybe the probability that they had tubes was the secret.

My 20 year old Titan turfs on the Boomer tractor didn't have any cracks. (always kept inside)

Underinflation could lead to premature cracking.

Just checked 5 minutes ago. 21psi. What should they be?

Are you certain theyæ±*e actually cracked? They look like cuts to me. Maybe spinning up a trailer ramp?

If all the cracks, cuts or slits are exactly perpendicular with the axle I would agree they are the result of physical damage. They surely have nothing to do with a tire mold. The mold parting line is clearly visible at the centerline of the tire.
Just viewed the video. It looks to me like damage from spinning on a sharp object.

I just don't believe so.

Something would have had to cut completely through the lugs and the top parts of the groove at the perfect depth on both sides in exactly the same way. An event that powerful and catastrophic would be memorable, I'd think.

And if that were the case, the rear tires should show some sort of damage because whatever would have cut the fronts would absolutely have contacted the rears, too. There's nothing on the rears at all. I'll attach a photo.

I just don't buy it being something I would have run over. It's only ever been on grass and my gravel driveway.

None of my vehicles nor other commercial mower have contacted anything to cut their tires. My lot is completely turf.
