The 3ph control on the 2025R and probably on the 2032 are pretty much exactly the same as on the 1025R. You get really good control of lift position.
The 2025 and probably the 2032 also have multiple positioning holes on the lift arm. I have to move the lift arm position when going to the bush hog, to get a decent lift height on it.
On thing on the 1025R that is better is the startup of the PTO. It's very gentle on the 1025R but is more jolting on the 2025R. The very severe jolting start on the 4010 is likely what caused failure of the donut joint in the driveshaft on it.
