When did Emglo become Jenny? I never heard about this. My wheelbarrow Emglo is over 20 years old and going strong. It's my workshop compressor that I used to use on jobs, but finally just got tired of getting it into the back of my truck, so I started buying small, portable compressors. I started out with the DeWalt because it was supposed to have been built by Emglo, butt just painted yellow. First one didn't work at all, and the second lasted almost one day, so I gave up on them. I tried Hitachi, Porter Cable and Ingersol Rand with poor results. They all lasted a year or two, but then fell apart.
When building my gazebo, I was using a small Honda generator that only put out 13 amps, and needed a compressor that drew less then that amount. Lowes had a Bostik air compressor that used 11 amps, so I gave it a try. It's been awesome. I've been using it on jobs for the last 7 years and it's still going strong. I never through a breaker in clients houses, and it has plenty of power for all my air tools and texture gun for spraying walls. It's light, easy to carry and easy to put on a shelf when I don't need it. It does not produce 10CFM, but it will get up to 110 psi and if I needed to run an impact wrench off of it, I would do so knowing that I had to wait for the pressure to build up between uses.
