I used the tractor quite a bit today and it didn't seem to effect it as far as I could tell. The ground dried out quite a bit so I tackled the stump again....I didn't ram it this time, I took my shovel and dug all around it so it would be looser and I could get the FEL under more of it. It only took about 5 minutes and I got it out, and I didn't get stuck! Here are pics taken a few hours ago.

Suggestion: check your front tire pressures before you conclude you have knocked your FEL out of true. A difference of only 10 psi could result in a height differential from left to right.

One more thing, I too have 5 acres that I cleared before we started building the house last summer, and it too is full of old fir stumps as well as about 10-15 new ones that we fell last Spring. I can tell you that there is no way I would attempt pulling them with my tractor. It just would take forever and beat the poor thing to death. Fortunately, we also have a JD 550 dozer, and to be honest, even it struggles to dig some of those stumps (I got a nice hydraulic shower when I blew a line digging out one of the bigger stumps. Not fun). I can tell you that dozer weighs around 18,000 lbs. versus the tractor at about 4,000 pounds, so if the dozer is struggling, that right there tells me the tractor should probably sit that one out.

Also, you mentioned stump grinding. Just be sure if you do, to make sure they chase the roots if they can, then I would dig that area up some and compact it, otherwise you are asking for sinkholes later on when the roots start to rot...
