Ron, I just realized there might be one tiny error. Mine is on the right side instead of the left side/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif assuming you're facing the same direction the tractor's facing. Of course the B2710 has a toolbox under the seat that I don't think the B2910 has, so mine's right beside the toolbox under the seat.

Uhhh,/w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif yah, as your standing on the right side forward of the right fender it's on your left./w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif
Looked at one today, definitely on the right/w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

Glueguy were the part numbers the same that Von used or does the 7500 use a different part number?

I said I wasn't going to look. /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif Now I have to go out to the barn and look. /w3tcompact/icons/mad.gif Was I suppose to look under the front or back of the seat? /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

You guys are making me nervous. I remember reading a post possibly on the CTB about a guy that was backing up and broke a casting on the lift mechanism/w3tcompact/icons/mad.gif. Must be the same deal. Looks like I will be ordering one for mine too, not going to take the chance.

YEAH RON, like you "need" an excuse to go out and goof around with your tractor/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

It's under the seat towards the back on the right side.

now u guys are starting to make me nervous! and confused/w3tcompact/icons/hmm.gif is it on the right of the left front, or the back of the right rear, or mabey the back of the front or front of the left back/w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif sounds like the old ABBOTT & COSTELLO GIG! WHOS' ON FIRST? HOW ABOUT WE ALL ASSUME THAT LEFT AND RIGHT IS FROM THE DRIVERS SEAT(LOOKING FORWARD) i just knew someone was going to ask/w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif

Frank, you have every right to get a straight answer, and there's really only one answer left. If your sitting in the seat then right, is right. Then there's only one left, left./w3tcompact/icons/grin.gif Right?
Unless of course you have a backhoe, and you sit in that seat. Then left, would be right.

were the part numbers the same

Let's see. Still have the box. The information on my package says:

Part Number: 70050-00540
Description: Bracket, HD Top Link

Now excuse me a moment whilst I track down the part number that Von gave us.... /w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif

Nope. Sure looks like the same one, but the numbers are definitely different. Go figure.

Glueguy, I didn't have the part #, someone gave it to me.I got my rear bracket from Hayden for $50.00 which included the shipping!/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif (thanks Peter!) My old B8200 had a heavyduty bracket like this one, so I thought it was best to have one with my 8ft. backblade. Stopped the tractor the other day dead while hitting a rock and was glad I spent the $50 bucks!
