Yep - especially when they tried to tell me my grilled porterhouse steak would give me cancer (something about the caramelized or charred fat) This seems seems totally strange and farfetched as everyone knows a juicy big porterhouse is very healthy for you anyway, right along with the baked tatter stuffed with butter, sour cream, bacon bits, chives, cheese and everything, and that large ice cold-cold beer.

Beer neutralizes the carcinogenic properties of charred steak. Well known fact. One beer purifies 4 oz steak. Never hurts to have one more to be sure so long as you aren't the driver.

That said, it seems like a low carb, low starch, high fat, high protein diet is superior to the recommended low fat diets that have left us continually hungry and 1/3rd of Americans obese.
