I had assumed the warranty was for 2years. After reading your post, I checked the book. It might be covered. (Fingers crossed).

Ditto! And kudos on taking it down as far as you did. I hope the dealer views that as saved labor, and doesn't give you some hard time about it. Make sure to tell them you've documented the teardown process, with hi-res pics (sounds good, anyway, right?).

48" rollover box blade. 525 lbs.

Update

They came & picked up the tractor Friday. Went down to see what else might have happened. Thankfully the only other damage I had already found. The splines in the left hand lift arm were partially stripped. All the parts are supposedly in the Texas warehouse. The 3 years on the warranty had expired on June 26. The problem occurred on July 5. Kubota is going to help with parts cost. How much I don't know yet. Here are some more pics.
