3 point hitch problem

If the loader is going up and down then you know it isnt a pump, fluid level or filter problem.
Flip your seat up, when you lift the handle up is the linkage pushing in a plunger right in the middle on top? Plunger will be a bit shinny.

Not familar with LCI equipment in Texas. Google don't know about them either. Texas is big place. (10 cities bigger then Topeka Kansas.) Have you found the position stop valve under your seat yet? You may have accidently closed it! Ask "the guy" to fix it?

The valve under the seat is very inportant. Have you found it?. aAlso does the motor change sound or give some other indication it is under load when you raise the lift leaver. The valve can shut off oil flow to the 3pt. If it is off then the restriction of folw will increase pump presure and load the engine. If there is no change when the lift leaver is moved then problem is most likely linkage.
