3-Point Hitch 3 pt pulse

The 3 pt lift on my Century 4720 pulses when carrying a load. It acts like it leaks off pressure and then compensates which causes it to jump up and down 1-1 1/2". Is there a pressure adjustment to look for or a bad seal maybe? It seems worse when using the FEL while the 3 pt is carrying something.

It sounds like the O ring on the hydraulic piston is shot.
Branson makes a kit to repair it.

Mine did some thing similar, turned out the filter needed to be replaced, use OEM filters, I had your problem with the aftermarket filters.
