Sorry to hear that there is a neighbor dumb enough to be mowing with kids in the yard. And sorry for the child who had such an ignorant father. Ends up we all pay for his stupidity.
End of rant.

The kid was a 2-3 year old that snuck out of the house . You never know what a young kid can do. The guy blames himself and cant even get on the mower any more.

I will look it over better tomorrow to see if it has an override position.

I looked it over better and I see it is a three position switch, off, on, reverse bypass.
