mudcat,

You were able to push those trees over with a 3510? WOW... If I tried that with my 4020 I would only blow hydraulic hoses which I have blown 3 this past summer. Good luck to ya.

Great pics mudcat....I wish I had that sandy soil to work with rather than this old sticky clay...just wanted to know what you thought of the tough top on your 3510??? been thinking about getting one of them for mine....Brian

RonT, I worked the 3510 pretty darn hard and it seemed to like it /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif. I dug around the tree, snapping off as many roots as I could. Then I would push on the tree and look for any spots that roots I may have missed. TIMBER!!!

Sorry to here about your hydraulic troubles, sounds like it just wasn't right to begin with. I really like my Branson. I think it compares to any of the Big Three. I'm not just saying that because I own one. It is the reason why I bought one /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif.
Good luck to you.

Brian, I really like the top. It isn't a TUFF TOP brand though. It is one that the local Branson dealer carried. I did check out the TUFF TOP and really liked it. Not sure if it would cut out any noise bouncing off of it. The top on my tractor has a layer of insulation that cuts down on a lot of the noise.
