Where did you get your spray rig control box? It looks similar to the Tee-Jet unit.

I'm thinking of building my own and using an automotive pressure gauge so I don't need to run a liquid line to the gauge and worry about it freezing in winter, or getting a chemical seal connection so the gauge line on the tractor has anti-freeze in it and the sprayer has whatever nasty chemicals I'm spraying at the time in its gauge line.

Looking good and I'm sure you'll be glad to get everything squared away.

Nice setup enjoy your tunes in the new tractor.

I was thinking the same thing about adding the expanded metal to the brushguard. I am thinking of welding a piece in place before I make my next trip to the powdercoaters. This way I can have the screen with less rusting issues.

Congratulations on a superb new machine. Already mutch better equipped than when it arrived. You will love the 300CX. Do tell us if you find a way of fitting a decent toolbox, I 've not been able to solve that problem yet. Enjoy !

BINGO!!!! Finally got the 300CX loader here today and Deere techs installed it. Can already tell the lifting power over the old 300 loader, just with a bucket full of snow.:cool: Only thing that bothers me is the loader masts are AWEFULLY close to the glass when installing it!!!! Kinda makes a person nervous!!

Thanks for the vote of confidence Kenny:eek::D

One more mod I did was the exhaust... It blew black smoke all over the side of the hood and one side of the snowblower. So a 1' pc of 1 3/4"ID flex tubing and a self taping screw took care of that.

Put the brush guard on too, before install I added a pc of expanded metal to the stock guard, and repainted, (was WAY cheaper than buying the deluxe Deere guard);) I cut a notch in the lower cross bar to allow the upper link to travel a couple inches further. Still don't have full "up" travel of the blower but it helped. I glued a pc of 5/16" fuel line onto the notch to act as a bumper of sorts with the link. See how long that lasts;) May just remove the guard for winter months.

After seeing what you did. i am considering doing the same thing
