My trailer has a 2" coupler, but my brother's has a 1-7/8". (Why there can't just be one size...) He brings his trailer here from time to time to get firewood, and it'd be nice if I could put a 2" ball and a 1-7/8" ball on the drawbar. One would be off center though then. Would this matter at all? It's a small 4x8 trailer.

Thanks

Never been a problem on mine, I have a 2" and a 2 5/16" welded to my drawbar - the 2" is off to the side and pulls just fine at tractor speeds.

or, you could get a 3 pt hitch receiver and one of those multi ball hitches

Never been a problem here with one or both being off center.
