Forks 3pt Forks

Does anyone have forks that attach to their 3pt? I am looking at buying some for moving large rocks around..700-1000 lbs. How hard is that on my 3pt?

i have a set that i made for my 3pt, i absolutley love them, they can pick up alot more weight than the loader on our other tractor, i have even used them to pick up the front of large trucks,and even have picked up entire cars with them when i put the set of channel iron fork extensions on over the forks, i just recently built a hydraulic tolink for my tractor also and that makes the forks even nicer to use , unfourtanantly i cant seem to get the picture small enough to post here without shrinking it down real small, i posted it fullsized under my post in build it yourself,called homeade hydraulic toplink, but when i went to post it here it will only let me post it if i make it real small, so if ya want to see it fullsized go to that post

Hope this gives some ideas.

Cannot comment about load carrying ability. All i can say is that when the pressure releif valve operates on the 3 point, there is no evidence of strain on the forks!!!

Check out my post "pallet mover / carry all". I have already used them for moving a large rock (400lbs), my mower deck(350lbs) and concrete blocks. They might be just what you're looking for.

I'm sold...I bought a 3pt fork set made by Rankin on my way home from work tonight. Tried them out...they work great...moved 15 to 20 of the big rocks down the hill tonight to my staging area.
