OK, here goes again.

Slide Show #2

Loretta took a bunch of pictures this weekend. This is the another slide show she did. Man, it is a lot easier than me having to re-size and upload the photos to my photobucket! I hope you guys don't mind.

Again, here's the best way to view the slide show...
Couple of things...
She has put narration on the photos themselves but you may want to set the speed of the slide show so you can read the narration. You can do this by putting the show on "pause" using the buttons down below. It is currently set for 4 seconds, so for me, anyway, that's too fast to see the photos and read the narration. You can set the speed to your liking.

Even better ...you can also put it on pause and then click the "forward" arrow to move manually to the next photo. That will allow you to move at your own pace.

Rob,
I can get to where the slideshow starts, but that is as far as I get. I have a dialup connection also. Any suggestions?
hugs, Brandi

Hi Brandi,
Were you able to view the first slide show by any chance?
I'm wondering if posting the album that has clickable thumbnails for dial up would be better?

I'll post it here, then you can open individual pictures from it.
Tell me if that's any better for the dial up crowd. I can post them like that or both ways? Just need some feedback.

Oh and here is the one she did about the Bear too, in case you didn't see that one.

Rob,
I didn't see either slide show. The link you provided took me as far as I went trying the slideshow links.

Looking very good Rob, love the views in all directions. Where are you storing the helicopter?

Hi Bill,
"the helicopter"...what about my planes then? Hahaha, are you nuts?
You must have me confused with yourself.:D
It's great to see you posting again. I saw your post on another thread but forgot to PM you to see how you're doing. Hope all is well with you, Linda and the grand kids!

Rob,

I have been kind of busy lately clearing land and starting our house. I have been reading your thread and must say that will be one beautiful log house and a 5 million dollar view. I look forward to seeing more pictures.

Hi HunterR,
Yeah, I just posted on your thread. Thanks for liking the view. You should see it in person!
Your place sure is more wooded than my place. Does it stay green year 'round?

Rob,
I have a lot of evergreens on the property butt most is hardwoods. The leaves start falling around October. I am building on a 43 acer tract and it is 90 % wooded.

That log house is just amazing. We look at several and went to quite a few log home shows. I wanted one bad but we decided on the more traditional country style brick ranch.

I can't let my wife see your house or I may be knocking 2x and block down and getting the log plans back out.:D

That's funny you said that.
We had originally designed a traditional ranch style home too...maybe a little more extravagant, but certainly not a log home. But when we visited the log home our builder was building, we made a decision to switch right then. I had no idea they were as nice as they are and they are truly cool looking. Plus it was a lot less money to boot!
