I find myself going thru a similar process for a 48' x 64' x 12' pole building.

I am getting an initial price of $31,000 which includes a 16' x 10' O/H door and (2) man doors.

My initial thought was it seemed more expensive than it should be.

I just had a building built by Cleary Building Corp. and I cannot believe how good the price and service was. I had them build a 30x40x10 and would do it again tomorrow. My sales specialist Don Zeal listened to what I wanted and put together a solution that met my budget and gave me great building. Don took the time to find out exactly what I was going to use the building for and provided suggestions to make sure the building would accomodate my needs. It was obvious that the crew that built the building took pride in the work. The were very neat and no detail was overlooked. A few of my neighbors suggested other building companies but either the price was too high or the high pressure sales pitch did not feel right. I hope to build another building in a few years and you can bet I will go with Cleary!:thumbsup:

just search for a little more and it did not cost you a much. as now the metal building suppliers are also offering cheap rates with good services.

We are searching for a turn key assembled 40' x 60' x 16' if possible on our cement pad. So far...most of the building sales people are not honest with their quotes. Buyer beware!
