4210 Flashing Code- Help!

My 4210 ehydro flashing code - long, short, short, short. Forward and reverse pedals works intermittent. Step on pedal nothing, step again nothing, step again and it may or may not go. Need help... can't live without my seat time.

Looked underneath pulled cover off I do not see anything physically wrong.

It sure does. I looked again and pedals not returning to top when released. Return Springs corroded bad. Lubed up better but not corrected yet. I would appreciate the PDF.
