John Franklin Pearson said:I got a 4530. When I got it very hard to shift, poor job install loader lines (rubbing), leaking from hydralic filter. I found out no water filter on tractor for fuel.
Dealer put new filter hydralics still leak. Sent factory mechanic to my house to fix leak. It was two of the small bolts and teflon tape fixed it. This took a while warrenty was running whole time.
Dealer said shifted good. I could hardly shift. I took up the floorboard. Dealer rerouted line against shift rod this time.
Got to looking at the shift rod and they were not adjusted properly. Fixed that. Another reason for leak was a factory defect. Mechanic fixed it. Had not used tractor hardly any because I do not run equipment if not fixed. Just messes up more stuff like some of the problems you guys are having. My year is now up less than 50 hours. Hour meter quit. Over one year old now. Dealer said about $260.00 to fix. I took the dash apart trying to fix. I wish some one would show me how to replace bulbs etc in dash. Looked liked to me no way to repair anything in there.
I tried to help them looks like the could get me a dash or tach repair kit or something. I did not let the trans pressure blow the clutch seal etc.

Navoo, Alabama selling dealer. Mahindra called local dealer in Aliceville and he was very interested he did not sell tractor not interested in my problem. I suggest that you guys that do not have water seperators get one. Cost me total about 150.00 to build mine. The dealers I have had dealings with are interested in not me when there is a problem. The long time it took to get leaks fixed, lines fixed etc. had the effect of making my warrenty much shorter. Take a 4530 dash apart and tell me how to change a dash light. I could not figure it out.BobG_in_VA said:Where are you?? Who is your dealer (we tout good ones, lets not forget those that ain't so great as well)?....BobG in VA
