Greetings!
As a relatively new owner of a 2021 Kioti CK3510 SE HST, I'm pleased that it is relatively easy to do monthly maintenance. I have a question regarding grease points; Does my tractor have the 'Position Control Lever Shaft Housing' ? It is mentioned as a grease point in the manual on plate 7-22 in the Owners manual. I cannot find this fitting. I noticed that it showed on the same page where the clutch pedal fitting is, and since mine doesn't have a clutch .... but does mine have a 'control lever shaft housing'? Should I assume that the HST does not have one of these?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mark!

Position control sounds like your 3point raise/lower lever. If you follow that lever under the dashboard area do you see wire, spring, or metal connection point you can throw some grease at?

This from the manual [CK3510(D,H)_CK4010(D,H))-OM-ALL-161220.pdf]

So you are saying that's the picture but you dont actually have that when you are behind the tractor looking through your right 3PT link arm?

A picture well lit from that same spot on your tractor would be helpful. I am pretty sure you have this piece to grease.

That is correct - I'll post a picture. I haven't found a grease fitting anywhere near that spot . . . .

I'll take another peek . . . I don't remember any easily accessible spots under place where the lever shaft housing is . . .

That grease fitting may be only for the European models, which those models have Position and Draft control. I could be wrong though. Most manufacturers won't offer Draft control on the US market for some reason.

I have the same tractor but from 2019 and mine has that zerk. It is at the bottom of the 3PH control lever under the tractor. I access it by ducking under the tractor in front of the right hand side rear tire. If you can't find it, I'll grab a video of where it is at on mine.

Hey Stan, please do the video. Thanks.....

I can’t find that zerk on my ck3510 either. But even if you have a HSTmodel, you do have a clutch peddle and a zerk underneath the floorboard for it.

Mine doesn't seem to have a clutch.

Here you go. Hope this helps!

When you put your tractor in low, medium or high or when you start your pto, there is a foot peddle on the left side. You also need to depress it to start. That is a clutch peddle. On the bottom of the floor panel where it has a lever it has a grease zerk.

Also I looked at that video but do not have the grease zerk it shows.

Yup, no left pedal on mine. I think I read they removed the clutch on SE models when they switched to electronic PTO engagement.
