I saw mine "leak" when mowing, i was backing away from a tree and saw the cloud of steam and kind of a whishhh sound, reached for the key and shut off the engine. Blown hose on wheel motor, right by the motor.

Good reason to add a rear view mirror, help a little to back up and more to look for smoke and oil vapor. I will have to add to my list of things to do, really won't be hard and it might help. Even for someone sneaking up on you to ask a question or talk that doesn't understand machinery, it's not smart walking up behind a machine that can change directions in a split second!

I don't know why i never thought to something so obvious, at least now that you've mentioned it. My next mod, plus save my neck too.

I have a rear view mirror. Its a convex auto mirror that was designed to clip over a regular mirror. Drilled a hole in the canopy and mounted it just before the rops. It hides behind it my dash lights that light up my panel.
