I need you guys to tell me where the "hidden" zirks are that were not listed in the owners manual. I've seen other posts who said they found them, share this knowledge please my pack brothers!

Can't say about yours, but my 2006 DK45S manuals failed to show zirks on the outboard ends of the power steering cylinders, the zirk on the aft pivot for the front axle, and a zirk (behind a rubber flap) near the 3-point lever pivots. On the other hand, they showed non-existing zirks on the top link.

they must not like you. they have answered all 4 of my questions , and even called me about one issue concerning the rating of the oil i needed to use.

they must like me better. Personally i am UBER delighted with my purchase, and wouldn't hesitate in purchasing another Kioti product.

I think you might have taken that a little more seriously than it was intended, I don't think he was saying it in a childish manner.

What question did you ask them, do I remember correctly that it was about changing the oil? I'm not going to defend them, but as you've seen from other threads, I've managed to get through to them so it is possible. I won't say it was easy and took patience and persistence, much like my dealings with just about every other big company I've had to deal with. When I first hit the customer service people, I got the same answer you did, I just had to crack that nut.

An observation: The machine is better than the documentation. That tells me the problem is in Wendell NC, not Korea. Kioti USA has an opportunity here.

A question: Can anyone comment on quality of the Bobcat documentation for the white Kiotis?

Another comment: I think the online parts diagrams are great.

I don't know if Rick Wallace still monitors the Kioti forum but as he has been a dealer for both Kioti and Bobcat I imagine he is in a good position to comment.
